The Littles
We love the babies , truly. We adore them when they’re tiny, toddling, and even when they grow into our future prom and wedding clients.
However, The Collective is a busy working salon with limited seating, hot tools, chemicals, and constant movement throughout the space. For safety reasons — and to preserve a relaxing experience for all guests — we kindly ask that children not receiving services remain at home whenever possible.
Our space is not stroller- or waiting-area friendly, and we want everyone to feel safe and comfortable.
- Children receiving services are always welcome.
- Middle school age and older are welcome to wait quietly.
- Children 11 and under must be supervised at all times by an adult (18+) who is not receiving a service.

Cancellations, No Shows, and Tardy
Cancellations must be made online through Vagaro, other pro booking sites or by phone call. Emails, texts or social media DMS will not be accepted.
We understand that life happens — and if you need to cancel or reschedule, no problem. We simply ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. When late cancellations happen, it often leaves your stylist unable to fill that time, which directly impacts their income.
Please note: many of our professionals are independent business owners and may have their own cancellation policies or requirements. Be sure to confirm details with your service provider at the time of booking.

Cancelling With Less Than 24 Hours Notice
Cost impact to you: Varies per pro, please clarify at time of booking.
How to: Our online scheduling will not allow you to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, so cancelling online is not an option. Instead, call the salon at (360) 828-5411. We will do our best to find a waitlisted client to take your place. If these attempts are successful, you will not be charged the cancellation fee.
Failure To Show or Less Than 1 Hour Notice
Failure to show for your appointment means we cannot offer your appointment time to a waitlisted client, and means your appointment has gone unfilled.
Cost impact to you: 100% charge for reserved service amount.
If you arrive for your appointment more than 15 minutes late, we will not have time to accommodate you due to our scheduling structure.
Cost impact to you: “No Show” fee equivalent to a 100% charge for reserved service amount. We most likely can still do a partial service just not the full time.
WHEN YOU ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION INTO THE ONLINE SCHEDULING SYSTEM, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THIS POLICY.
Adjustments
Please contact your pro directly to arrange adjustments to your recieved services.
Returns and Exchanges
Gift Certificates are non refundable. You can redeem them for any services (not all pros accept these) or retail sold at The Collective or Spoiled Salon.
Retail returns or exchanges. Products must be returned in new condition. Spoiled monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges with or without a receipt.
